I'm Rosco, a men's coach, naked yoga instructor, and adult content creator based in the lush countryside of Southern Costa Rica. My current work might surprise you, considering that less than ten years ago, I was closeted, shame-bound and living a deeply conditioned life.

Once I came out, my adult life transformed into a journey of healing, deconditioning, and reclaiming my power. I've immersed myself in yoga, therapy, psychedelics, Human Design, and sexual Kung Fu, exploring every facet of life with an open heart.

The past decade has been a wild ride, full of highs, lows, and doing ALL the things I once swore I’d never do. Through trial and error, I’ve gathered a wealth of experiential wisdom, and now, I’m passionate about guiding other men to becoming fearless, shameles & doubtless. It’s what brings me the deepest joy and keeps my personal growth ever-evolving.

My current offerings include group and private naked yoga classes (virtual), life coaching based in Human Design (virtual), and in-person radical brotherhood retreats!
